Salary & Compensation:

• Base Salary: $93,000 – $105,000 a year (Depending on Experience)
• Bonus Potential: Up to $12,000 annually in performance bonuses
• Sign-On / Referral Bonus: $5,000 "Bring-a-Friend" Bonus (per PT hired)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based treatments for orthopedic, post-operative, and neurological patients.
• Develop individualized, patient-centered plan of care (POC) goals.
• Maintain efficient documentation utilizing modern EMR and voice-dictation tools.
• Collaborate effectively with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and the broader clinical team.
• Educate patients and families on recovery protocols and injury prevention.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active (or eligible) Physical Therapist License in the state of Idaho.
• Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience: Open to both seasoned professionals and New Grad DPTs eager to learn.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
