Job Description

Endeavor Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) . Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required. Start-up experience and a minimum of ten years experience required. This position will be a hybrid role (remote and on-site). CAO will oversee corporate accounting, financial consolidation, internal and external financial reporting and financial policy throughout the company to drive operational efficiency and deliver timely and accurate financial information. Candidate should have proficiency in the following: financial planning and analysis, reporting and compliance, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Experience in accounting, budgeting, investment, banking operations, implementing financial systems and the production of dashboards. Candidate should have strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong IT skills, CRM implementation, and project management skills. Candidate should have the ability to work as a team member as well as independently.

Candidate will be expected to have the ability to provide financial forecasts, long term strategic plans, monitor cash flow, manage assets, evaluate financial strength and weaknesses. They should be able to analyze and interpret complex financial data and successful communicate insights.
