Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the owner and leadership team of Revolve Real Estate - one of Northeast Pennsylvania's fastest-growing modern real estate brokerages. This is not a typical assistant role. The right candidate will become a key part of daily business operations, helping manage schedules, communication, marketing coordination, events, systems, and overall workflow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, takes initiative naturally, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow alongside an ambitious company. Every day is different, and the position offers direct exposure to business operations, branding, real estate, media, marketing, and leadership strategy. The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, dependable, and able to anticipate needs before being asked. Responsibilities
Communication & Client Coordination Assist with client communication, follow-ups, vendor coordination, and internal team communication to ensure a seamless and professional experience. Operational Support Help oversee office operations, systems, task management, and administrative workflows to keep the business organized and running efficiently. Marketing & Content Coordination Coordinate social media scheduling, marketing projects, events, branding materials, and content organization to support company growth and visibility. Project & Event Management Assist with planning and executing events, launches, recruiting initiatives, office projects, and company-wide initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail. CRM & Database Organization Help maintain and organize CRM systems, contacts, pipelines, and lead tracking to support sales, recruiting, and operational efficiency. Problem Solving & Executive Support Act as a trusted right-hand support person by identifying issues proactively, helping solve problems quickly, and assisting leadership in fast-moving situations. Qualifications You are an organized, methodical and driven professional with a servant leader's heart. Your attention to detail is unsurpassed and you thrive on your high standards, quality of work and your ability to serve others. No task is too great or too small for you -- your primary motivation is to support leaders and you do it well.

- Experience with social media, marketing coordination, or content creation
- TECH SAVVY - Familiarity with Google SEO, Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM systems, or project management software preferred
- Real estate, marketing, operations, or executive support experience is beneficial but not required
- Must be highly dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented
