Job Description Job Description We are excited to add a Nurse RN/LPN to our dedicated team. As the Nurse RN/LPN you will enjoy using a wide variety of nursing skills and work with a team that has your back and is focused on care. We are seeking: LPN for a Full-Time Night Shift 6pm-6am RN's for a Full-Time Night Shift 6pm-6am Responsibilities: * Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans. * Monitor and assess residents' health status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility policies and regulations. * Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment. Qualifications: * Current unencumbered RN or LPN state license required * Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Advena Living, Your Career, Your Choice.
