Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting student development as a school-based Occupational Therapist in a flexible setting near Los Gatos, CA! Work with preschool through 5th-grade students, making a direct impact on their educational journey. This role offers scheduling adaptability—either full-time across five days or shared between two therapists over the work week, totaling 40 hours.

You’ll work in a supportive environment where collaboration and individualized care are prioritized. Start making a difference on August 5, 2026, and continue through December 19, 2026. Manage a varied caseload, providing essential services and partnering with educators and families to maximize student progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with current credentials valid in California
• Previous experience delivering OT services in school settings is strongly desired
• Skilled in conducting OT assessments, developing, and monitoring IEP goals
• Confident collaborating with interdisciplinary teams—including families, teachers, and administrators
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with documentation, progress reporting, and re-evaluations in compliance with IEP guidelines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy interventions to students in preschool through 5th grade
• Conduct thorough OT assessments and timely re-evaluations as required
• Actively participate as a member of the IEP team, contributing expertise and collaborating on goal-setting
• Document and report progress on IEP goals, ensuring clear communication and effective tracking
• Maintain comprehensive records per state and district guidelines
