- 7+ years of experience as a Lead Developer or Development Manager
- 5+ years of experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle , or similar relational databases
- Strong SQL expertise
- Experience developing and maintaining complex financial/business applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Microsoft Visual Studio / .NET

- Lead development of enterprise applications supporting complex financial business processes.

- Troubleshoot application and database issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
