Role: Senior Human Resources Business PartnerLocation: New York, NYIn Office Schedule: 4 days in officeCompensation: Up to $200k base salary plus bonusOur client is a well-established global alternative investment firm known for its entrepreneurial culture, high-performing teams, and continued growth. As the organization expands, they are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the firm’s investment teams globally.This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished HR Business Partner who enjoys operating close to the business, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving people initiatives within a high-performance environment.As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for:Acting as a strategic HR partner to investment professionals and business leadersCoaching managers on performance, leadership development and employee engagementDriving talent management, succession planning and workforce planning initiativesSupporting compensation reviews, talent discussions and organizational effectiveness effortsPartnering with hiring managers and external search firms on recruitment strategy and headcount planningIdentifying talent gaps and delivering development solutions to enhance leadership capabilityUtilizing data and business insights to inform people decisions and recommend actionsCollaborating with the broader global HR team to deliver key HR programs and initiativesSupporting change management, culture initiatives and business growth objectivesKey requirements:7+ years of HR experience within financial services, ideally in asset management, alternatives, private equity, credit or investment bankingProven HR Business Partner experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentStrong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skillsCommercially minded with the ability to align people strategy to business goalsConfident operating autonomously while building strong partnerships across the organizationStrong judgment and the ability to navigate complex people matters with discretionComfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth and evolving environmentCollaborative, hands-on and willing to contribute across both strategic and operational HR initiativesPassion for talent development, leadership effectiveness and employee experienceThe successful candidate will join a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture that values trust, teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement.
