Electronics Assembly Supervisor - Second Shift We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electronics Assembly Supervisor to lead and oversee our team in the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and Electro-Mechanical Assembly areas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality production and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of employees in the PCBA and Electro-Mechanical Assembly departments Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to optimize performance Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues Maintain accurate production records and report on team performance Skills And Qualifications Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, specifically in PCB and electro‑mechanical assembly Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and quality standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Effective communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Join our innovative team and be part of a company committed to excellence and continuous growth.
