Solutions Engineer

Description Work with Sales and prospects on evaluation and adoption of Algolia Understand customer goals and how Algolia solves them Assist in technical discovery, demos, POC, and RFP responses Leverage Algolia tools, frameworks, and partners to validate fit Distill customer needs to Product and Engineering teams Learn and update skills; track industry trends in Search Coordinate with Solution Architects and Customer Success for onboarding Requirements 2+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE/SA/consultant/PM) Front-end: React, TypeScript, JavaScript Back-end: Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C Experience with data formats and data transformation Excellent oral and written communication; strong multi-customer organization Experience at SaaS growth stage (ARR around $150-300M) Benefits Flexible workplace with remote or hybrid options Global offices in Paris, NYC, London, Sydney, Bucharest Values-driven culture: GRIT, TRUST, CANDOR, CARE, HUMILITY #J-18808-Ljbffr
