Production Technician

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hr (based on shift)

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

We are hiring Production Technicians to support the assembly of wind turbine tower sections in a growing manufacturing facility. This hands-on role involves assembling components, performing quality checks, operating material handling equipment, and using hand and power tools to build finished products safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
• Use pneumatic hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment.
• Perform quality inspections and make necessary corrections.
• Operate forklifts, bogies, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Conduct basic equipment inspections and support daily production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or a related field.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production drawings.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in an industrial environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
