Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions among school-aged individuals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that include medication management while monitoring the effectiveness and side effects of prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with primary healthcare providers, educators, and family members to coordinate integrated care for students, ensuring a holistic approach to their health.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during challenging situations, equipping students with coping strategies to handle distress.
• Engage in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness among students and their families.
• Deliver therapeutic support through counseling and psychoeducation sessions tailored to the needs of students and their families.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits
