Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions by developing personalized treatment plans and providing expert care. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and support patients through their recovery process
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
