Core Responsibilities Configure and manage the operation of various machining tools Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documentation Verify the accuracy of completed components through precise inspection Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal production output Support the team by proactively identifying and resolving minor equipment malfunctions Manage the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment reliability Maintain a tidy and secure workspace to promote a safe environment for all staff Required Qualifications Background in manufacturing, CNC, or general fabrication environments Proficiency in translating blueprints into finished products Practical experience utilizing precision tools like micrometers, gauges, and calipers Strong technical aptitude for mechanical tasks and accurate measurement A meticulous approach to every project you undertake A reliable professional who maintains consistent attendance Capacity to excel both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative team member Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
