Job Description TheSupervisor, Point of Careisresponsible forplanning and managing thePoint of Care media programsassigned to clients.Developsrelationships withPOCmedia partner, plans andcoordinates projects, and works directly with thePoint of Care media team andStrategy team.The goal for this role isto support clientPoint of Care marketplaceinitiatives and help develop andmaintainPHMPoint of Carepartnerships. Responsibilities You will develop a firmunderstanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughoutas well as anunderstanding of client’s business andgoals You will develop a keepsense of how client businessobjectivestranslate into Point of Care marketplace strategiesas well as: Develop an understanding of the overall Point of Care marketplace and partnerlandscape Developunderstanding of Point of Care partnership opportunities,dealsandterms Develop understanding of agency Terms + Conditions and Point of Care partner contracting process You will be responsible for: Development of Point of CareRFPs Creation of Point of Caretacticalrecommendation Negotiatingof Point of Carebuys InformingthePoint of Care mediaplan based onmarketplace intelligencesupported byanalytics Leads coordination of datacollection & analysis forPointofCare planning & activation Point of Care media partner level investmentforecasting Contributes tobusiness rules and parameters of the point of care engagement Contributes to cross franchise strategy Prepare HCP target list for dissemination to partners Evaluation and selectionof offices and tactics by brand Monthly & Quarterly validation and verification of each partner.Confirmation of delivery by office. Responsible for managing timelydelivery ofPoint of Careprojects and tasks ContributesPoint of CarePOVs Internal + ExternalRelationships Responsible for managing and prioritizingownassignments Provides clear, regular communication regardingstatus of Point of Care projects Developsrelationships withPoint of Care mediapartners Collaborates internally with across capabilities and teams Qualifications 3+ years of media planning and/orbuying

  2. years of expert level ofMS Excel

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
