Join us!The RoleConcessions Cashiers at Circle Line Cruises are responsible for providing fast and friendly service to all guests across our six sailing vessels and Pier side café. Cashiers support both sightseeing cruises and private event sailings.Essential FunctionsPrepare simple menu items.Interact with customers to ensure superior customer satisfaction.Carefully enter all sales into POS system to ensure that all purchases are accurately recorded.Perform closing duties including cleaning up, product storage, and trash removal.Provide quick, efficient, accurate, and friendly service to all guests.Verify I.D. on all customers ordering alcohol.Suggestively sell and upsell items.Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.Interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, company inventory, and cash control procedures.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
