No casino experience needed. No hosting experience required.

If you've worked as a cashier, register operator, retail associate, or in any customer-facing role you already have the discipline, the composure, and the people skills we look for.

We train you on the rest.

Job Description

This is not a casino floor job.

No smoke. No chips. No physical players in front of you. No cash handling. No running food. No cleaning tables.

You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and create a professional, engaging experience for online players around the world.

Think: customer service + live hosting + studio environment.

You don't need to know casino games before applying. That's what paid training is for.

• Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
• Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts

• $17$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
• Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
• After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable being on camera
• Reliable and professional
• Physical Requirements
• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
