You'll drive cross-functional execution, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure delivery of strategic initiatives on time, within budget, and with high quality.What You'll DoLead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs with significant executive visibilityDefine program scope, success criteria, governance, and integrated timelines while proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changeKeep internal and external stakeholders aligned and informed through transparent communication, clear reporting, and effective decision-making forumsEnsure program execution follows established governance models, methodologies, and delivery standardsIdentify delivery challenges, evaluate alternatives, and drive issue resolution and escalation activities to maintain program objectivesProvide matrix leadership to program and project managers while holding teams accountable for delivery, quality, and business outcomesManage program financials, including business cases, forecasts, spend approvals, actuals, and budget trackingOversee client communications, end-to-end testing, cutover readiness, implementation activities, and formal signoff prior to production go-liveExperience You'll Need to Have8+ years of experience leading technical programs, large-scale technology initiatives, or management consulting engagements5+ years of experience delivering large, complex infrastructure transformation, technology modernization, or data center consolidation programs5+ years of experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams spanning multiple business units and stakeholder groups5+ years of experience applying formal program and project management methodologies throughout the full delivery lifecycle3+ years of experience managing program budgets, forecasts, financial controls, and investment planning for enterprise initiativesDemonstrated experience managing executive stakeholders and delivering programs with significant organizational impactStrong risk management, dependency management, and governance expertise within complex technology environmentsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experienceExperience That Would Be Great to HaveExperience delivering enterprise-wide programs with executive sponsorship and high organizational visibilityExperience working within a PMO or formal governance-driven delivery organizationExperience leading operational transition, migration, cutover, or production readiness effortsExperience managing client-facing communications and formal acceptance or signoff processesExperience delivering programs with regulatory, security, compliance, or quality-related requirementsPMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or comparable program management certificationHow You'll Work:Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech, this role is on-site Monday through FridayThis role requires being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basisThis role requires flexibility to work overtime that includes weekends and holidaysThis role requires use of a computer and audio equipmentTravel:Approximately 15% travel off-site or to other office locations is expectedSponsorship:In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureSalary Range$150,000.00 - $240,000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
