We are looking for a Fixture Assembler to join our team in Chanhassen, MN. Position Shift available: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. This is a full‑time position. Compensation Range: $43,160 – $45,760 annually. Responsibilities Assist Fixture Assembly leads with job setups. Use precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, machines and equipment to fabricate and assemble products. Read and interpret work orders, drawings and job notes to determine methods, sequence of operations and dimensional/finish specifications. Maintain specifications by taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes and adhering to quality‑assurance procedures. Verify settings by measuring positions, first run, parts and sample workpieces. Meet production goals for cycle time, quantity and quality. Perform additional duties within the Fixture Assembly area as required. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience in fabrication is a plus. Understanding of a variety of substrates. Strong knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing fundamentals, and general tool knowledge. Ability to work unsupervised, make independent decisions and solve problems creatively. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
