Job Title: Medical Assembler Operator
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour - paid weekly
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Medical Assembler workers for a medical device manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you'll support cleanroom production by performing coating, inspection, and packaging tasks that help create high-quality medical products. If you enjoy hands-on work, precise tasks, and steady weekly hours, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Medical Assembler Operator:

• Perform coating, inspection, and testing processes according to detailed work instructions
  Prep work surfaces, maintain equipment, and follow ISO/GMP standards
• Inspect components and materials to ensure quality specifications are met
• Package approved or rejected products according to documented procedures
• Accurately record production data and communicate any issues to the Lead Operator or Supervisor

What You Need to Bring to the Medical Assembler Operator Role

• Ability to stand and walk for a 10 hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
• Reliable transportation to Eden Prairie
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
