Responsibilities

- Accurately match and validate invoices with purchase order data; process disbursement requests and resolve discrepancies with business stakeholders.
- Prepare and execute timely electronic payments, addressing internal and external invoice/payment inquiries.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts, ensuring monthly statements and transactions are accurate and confidential.
- Provide administrative accounting support, including document processing, scanning, copying, and record maintenance.
- Assist the team during peak periods or backlog situations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Guide internal users on accounts payable/receivable procedures and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in educational opportunities to stay current on industry best practices.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of direct experience in accounts payable or receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high customer focus.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
