Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

Quality Enclosures is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team. You will be based at our front desk, assisting customers, vendors, and visitors while also handling order entry, proactive customer follow-up, and coordination with departments across the company.

This is more than a traditional front-desk position. You will learn our products, systems, and processes so you can enter orders accurately, answer customer questions, provide timely updates, and help resolve issues from start to finish.

Industry experience is not required. We are looking for someone with strong customer-service instincts, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a welcoming, professional experience for customers, vendors, and visitors
• Answer incoming calls and assist with orders, deliveries, pickups, products, payments, and general questions
• Enter customer orders accurately into our order-management system
• Learn our products, procedures, and internal platform through structured training
• Proactively contact customers with updates and follow up on open questions or concerns
• Take ownership of customer inquiries and help move them toward resolution
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Accounting
• Assist walk-in customers and process payments
• Prepare customer paperwork and maintain complete, accurate records
• Balance front-desk activity, customer conversations, order entry, and administrative responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, food service, hospitality, banking, office support, or another high-volume, customer-facing environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and accurate
• Confidence communicating with customers in person, by phone, and through email
• Professionalism and composure when handling difficult customer interactions
• Comfort learning new products, systems, and procedures
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail, especially when entering orders and customer information
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience entering orders or processing customer transactions
• Experience with CRM, ERP, order-management, or customer-service software
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, building products, or a related environment

Training and Support

You will receive structured, hands-on training from your manager, beginning with the fundamentals of the role and our established procedures. You will also shadow an experienced team member to see how those procedures are applied in real customer situations.

We are prepared to teach you our products and systems. You should be curious, engaged, and ready to apply what you learn.
