While much of your work will be conducted remotely, you will have access to our private practice office as needed for collaborative meetings and peer consultations.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Delta Area Counseling Center, your role will include a variety of responsibilities critical to client care and organizational success:

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns, using both standardized tools and clinical intuition to inform treatment decisions.

  Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, among others.

  Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress to adapt treatment as necessary, fostering an open and trusting therapeutic relationship.

  Provide teletherapy options for clients who may prefer virtual sessions or require remote access due to health or mobility challenges, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
