In this role, RNs have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad scope of patient care within their specialty area while working assignments at each of the sites throughout our system. The RNs support the team and the patients at each site for an average of three months per assignment. There are opportunities available to float regionally (to the northern or the southern region sites) or to float throughout the entire RWJBH system. You will help advance patient care and strengthen the experience of individuals and families across our organization. Must be certified in chemotherapy and biotherapy administration through ONS Oncology Nursing Society, AOCN required upon hire or an equivalent of 12/36 contact hours. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is strongly preferred or must be completed within 5 years upon hire. Comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. This position offers a full-time, Night Shift schedule from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with weekend and holiday rotations, 36 hours per week, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
