The Patient Support Specialist Financial Services position allows you to support patients through the financial aspects of their care while working closely with clinical, administrative, and billing teams to provide a seamless patient experience. We are seeking a Patient Support Specialist Financial Services to join our dedicated team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time position with a MondayFriday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role will begin with a structured onsite training program starting June 15, lasting approximately 68 weeks. Following successful completion of training, the position is expected to transition to a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities include maintaining patient accounts, verifying insurance benefits, obtaining and entering referrals, reviewing patient financial history, supporting billing and coding processes, submitting daily charge entries, obtaining waivers, reviewing financing options, serving as a liaison between patients and teams, communicating with patients, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Position requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred, strong communication, customer experience, and problem-solving skills, flexibility to support multiple time zones, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
