Highly visible accounting leadership opportunity Exposure to complex, multi-entity operations Collaborative and team-oriented culture Opportunity to work closely with operational leadership Stable and well-established organization with strong community presence Broad accounting exposure across multiple business lines Ability to influence process improvements and operational efficiencies Strong long-term career growth potential Job Details Responsibilities: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports Support multi-entity accounting operations and intercompany transactions Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reporting Perform account analysis and variance review Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance initiatives Partner with department leaders regarding financial reporting and operational analysis Assist with audit preparation and external audit support Help improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies Support day-to-day accounting operations as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA plus or Public Experience is a Plus 5+ years of accounting experience required 3+ years of Leadership Experience Workday is highly preferred Strong general ledger and month-end close experience Multi-entity accounting experience strongly preferred Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and operational accounting ERP/accounting software experience required Advanced Excel skills preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Interested in hearing more?
