Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager III on behalf of our client in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise IT implementations, with strong expertise in Blue Yonder (JDA) Master Production Scheduling (MPS) , supply chain planning, manufacturing systems, and enterprise integrations.

This role will lead the end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder MPS while coordinating reporting and analytics initiatives involving Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder Master Production Scheduling (MPS) .

• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall project execution.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production Planning, ERP, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence .

• Oversee integrations between Blue Yonder, ERP systems, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and other enterprise applications.

• Manage reporting and analytics workstreams supporting operational and executive dashboards.

• Drive project governance, stakeholder communication, status meetings, and executive updates.

• Manage testing, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and project closure.

• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and other project documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT implementation projects.

• Proven experience managing Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) implementation projects.

• Strong experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Planning solutions.

• Experience managing reporting and analytics initiatives involving Snowflake, Tableau, and/or Power BI .

• Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, production scheduling, supply chain processes, and ERP integrations.

• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.

• Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow .

• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies .

• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder MPS, Supply Planning, or related Supply Chain Planning modules .

• Experience integrating Blue Yonder with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC .

• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI implementations.

• Knowledge of MRP, finite capacity scheduling, manufacturing operations, and production planning .

• Experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform .

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe certification .

• Experience working with global teams and enterprise supply chain transformation programs.
