Supervisory Nurse (Admin)

Duties

Provide general oversight and nursing expertise for department nursing assets.

Identify developmental and training needs of employees, provide and/or arrange development and training.

Review and update nursing policies and standard operating procedures for nursing support staff.

Coordinate with other healthcare team members to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinic operations, ensuring multidisciplinary health needs and readiness needs are met.

Assess preventative health and chronic disease management needs of clinics.

Develop process integration between the division and all related pre- and post-operative hospital entities and other Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Services.
