Requirements:

• Current LPN license
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience
• Experience covering CNA duties as needed

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with daily living activities and support patient hygiene.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• License verification required at time of submission
• Reliable transportation is necessary, as public transportation is not accessible in this area.
