Mohr Air Conditioning & Plumbing is one of Arkansas's oldest family-owned HVAC companies, proudly serving East and Northeast Arkansas since 1968. From our roots in Wynne, we've grown into Jonesboro and Searcy, and we now offer full-service residential plumbing alongside heating and air conditioning. About 90% of our new customers come to us through referrals from existing customers.

We're hiring a Location Manager to oversee HVAC field operations at our Jonesboro location. You'll lead a team of 57 service technicians and installers, drive daily execution, keep workmanship high on every job, and make sure every customer gets the Mohr experience. You'll work directly with our Operations Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front and builds an accountable team.

• $70,000$100,000 per year salary , depending on experience

• Oversee daily HVAC service and install work at the Jonesboro location (57 techs and installers)

• Make sure company procedures, best practices, safety standards, and customer service expectations are followed

• Work with dispatch to assign the right technician to the right job

• Manage to KPI goals in ServiceTitan, including conversion rate, average ticket, labor efficiency, material control, and customer satisfaction

• Hold regular 1:1s, ride-alongs, and field evaluations, with follow-up coaching on technical skills, company processes, and customer communication

• Hold the team accountable to performance expectations and service standards

• Help onboard and train new technicians alongside our dedicated company trainer

• Resolve customer concerns, callbacks, and technical issues with care and professionalism

• Make sure equipment for change-outs is staged before installers arrive, and that service techs have the parts, information, and support they need

• Coordinate with warranty and quality assurance when extra support is needed

• Monitor overtime while making sure customers are taken care of

• Handle location admin: approve and submit timesheets, track team bonuses and spiffs, and coordinate with HR

• Keep the Operations Manager updated on field performance, staffing needs, customer concerns, and technician accountability

• Backfill as a field technician or installer when needed. This is a working manager role.

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in service, installation, or both

• 12 years of leadership experience as a lead tech, field supervisor, or service/install manager

• Solid understanding of residential HVAC installs, with the ability to recognize quality install work and spot what needs correcting

• Strong understanding of residential HVAC service and install operations

• Ability to coach technicians and installers while holding team members accountable

• Comfortable learning and managing KPIs, revenue goals, and labor targets. ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but we'll train you.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Willing to follow and enforce company processes and standards

• Experience in a Nexstar or similar process-driven shop is a plus

• EPA 608 certification

• Live within about 30 minutes of our Jonesboro shop

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
