Your Responsibilities

As a  Veteran Family Benefits Advisor , you will:

• Conduct virtual appointments with members via Zoom and phone

• Welcome and onboard new clients with professionalism and care

• Educate families on supplemental life and health benefit options

• Develop personalized recommendations based on each client's needs and goals

• Answer questions and provide ongoing policy support

• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up

• Maintain accurate digital records while adhering to company policies and state regulations

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Previous experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, education, recruiting, financial services, or insurance is beneficial—but  not required . We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals who are ready to build a successful career.
