Technical Support Engineering Manager

Leading a regional team of Partner/Support Engineers, the full-time salaried Technical Support Engineering Manager will own partner and advertiser relationships, drive team performance, and manage complex technical escalations while operating in a remote/hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner/Support Engineers, ensuring accountability for outcomes and modeling excellence Own and manage advertiser and partner relationships, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, guiding the team through high-severity problems and driving continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications 2+ years of people/team management experience with a strong background in Support/Solution/Partner Engineering (approximately 5+ years overall) Experience in Ad Tech, MarTech, or eCommerce Strong technical skills in scripting (e.g., Python), SQL, and debugging multi-system integrations Ability to manage ambiguity and make timely, high-quality decisions while maintaining stakeholder relationships Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to enhance work quality and champion AI experimentation within the team
