Responsibilities Kforce's client, a large and rapidly growing home builder and land development company in the Greater Tampa Bay, FL area, is seeking a high-impact Finance Manager to join their expanding team. The role blends core accounting, financial analysis, and team leadership, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making across multiple active development projects. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
