Are you an experienced Medical Secretary, Patient Service Representative, Medical Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant looking for your next opportunity in healthcare?

Long Island (Nassau & Suffolk Counties)
Position Responsibilities Include:
✔ Patient registration and intake
✔ Insurance verification and referrals
✔ Appointment scheduling
✔ Front desk and patient support
✔ Answering phones and handling inquiries
✔ Document scanning/uploading in Epic
✔ Updating patient demographics and resolving work queues
✔ Delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced clinical settings
Qualifications:
- Prior medical office, hospital, or healthcare experience required
- Experience with Epic EMR is highly preferred
- Knowledge of insurance verification and front-desk workflows
- Strong administrative, communication, and multitasking skills
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
