Associate Director of Admissions - Miami, FL Excelon Associates is conducting a search on behalf of a private university client for an Associate Director of Admissions (ADOA). The ADOA is responsible for the overall successful operation of the Admissions Office, including their own enrollment production, and for promoting all campus programs to prospective students with the objective of meeting goals and service levels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces complexity, and has a strong understanding of contemporary enrollment management systems. This role calls for an achievement-oriented, idea-generating enrollment professional who can mentor and inspire a talented staff to meet performance goals while also achieving their own individual goals as an ADOA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide input and assessment on recruitment strategies using metrics and trend data Provide direction and management for the admissions staff Ensure enrollment strategies are coherently developed and implemented effectively across the department Align enrollment services priorities with the Admissions Strategic Plan Oversee the management and operations of admissions, enrollment, and orientation services Develop, review, and monitor recruitment and enrollment strategies and practices to meet campus enrollment goals Analyze statistics and trends to determine enrollment outcomesli> Establish measurable goals and objectives for the admissions organization and collaborate with the Admissions Director in hiring, mentoring, and holding the admissions team accountable for meeting goals and expectations Assist the Director of Admissions in recruiting, training, developing, and managing staff to achieve increased sales, leads, and business results Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related area Two years of supervisory experience At least three years of experience in admissions or enrollment management, preferably in a healthcare or nursing education setting, for-profit colleges, universities, or institutes Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business objectives Benefits Medical coverage, including HSA and FSA options (dependent and health care) Dental and vision insurance 12 paid holidays, paid time off, and a paid volunteer day 401(k) with 50% employer matching Short-term disability and life insurance Supplemental life insurance options Growth opportunities, education assistance, and professional development benefits No-Cost Benefits Group life insurance Long-term disability Talent referral program TicketsatWork discount entertainment program Paid day off on your birthday (full-time employees after two years) Why Join?
