• $50,000 – $100,000+ per year, based on experience and performance

• Ability to maintain, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Adequate personal tools
• Preferred qualifications
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• NATE Certification
• Job type: Full-time
• Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts
• Work location: Multiple locations (no remote work)

What we do differently in our install department

• Our average install is completed in about 9 hours a day. Not 12. Not 14.
• Between 2-4 technicians on the job depending on job scope.
• No weekends.
• Ductwork is fabricated before the install or delivered to the job. You're not making duct in a driveway when you should be setting equipment.
• Every job starts with a debrief with the install manager. You walk in knowing the scope, the equipment, and the surprises before you touch a tool.
• There is adequate work to go around. We're not fighting over jobs or sending crews home.
• Cross-training for service when the install schedule slows down. You keep your hours and you build a second skill set at the same time.

• Experienced installers who are already performing at a high level where they are now, and want to bring that to a company that better suits you!
• Newer installers and helpers who are hungry to learn, take pride in doing the job right, and want to be part of building something instead of just clocking in somewhere.
