Hi, my name is Nick Buric and my father and I are co-owners of Buric Heating and Air Conditioning.  This message is for anyone who wants to work with a small, family-owned company that’s been around for 26 years, grows consistently, and is primed for taking it to the next level.

We’re not selling to private equity anytime in the foreseeable future and we are becoming the place where everyone wants to plant their roots!

* Ability to maintain, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Team-oriented mindset
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* Adequate personal tools
* Preferred qualifications
* 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
* EPA Certification
* NATE Certification
* Job type: Full-time
* Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts
* Work location: Multiple locations (no remote work)

What it's like to be a service technician at Buric Heating & Air Conditioning:

* 3 to 5 calls a day, depending on the time of year. Enough to stay busy and earn, not so many that you're rushing through people's homes.
Enough hours, year round. We're not sending you home at noon in October.
* Paid training, including two in-house training days every week. Not a lunch-and-learn once a quarter. Every week, on the clock.
* No weekday on-call rotation. On-call is weekends only, and outside of the busy season that typically works out to about one weekend every 6 weeks.

* Base pay plus commission. A slow week doesn't wreck your paycheck, and a great week actually pays you for it.

* A concentrated service area. Less time sitting in the truck, more time on the job, and you're closer to home at the end of the day.

* Experienced service technicians who are already performing at a high level where they are now, and want to bring that to a company that better suits you!
* Newer techs and helpers who are hungry to learn, take pride in doing the job right, and want to be part of building something instead of just clocking in somewhere.
