Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale, FL (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products across the Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. The role involves delivering clinical product knowledge to medical professionals, executing sales strategy, managing customer relationships, and driving territory performance through in-person and virtual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinical benefits and product knowledge to medical professionals and drive appropriate product utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through branded messaging, educational programs, and in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer accounts, customize interactions based on needs, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Analyze sales activity effectiveness, provide marketing feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Share best practices with colleagues and demonstrate commitment to Amgen values and patient-focused mission

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior role: Bachelor's with 3 years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or Associate's with 6 years combined, or high school diploma with 8 years combined
• Sales, marketing, or clinical experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries preferred
• Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, bone health, or related specialties preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Life Sciences or Business Administration degree preferred
• Local market knowledge and adaptability in sales planning, technical knowledge, and communication
