Real Estate Cold Calling - Lead Generation

US-based real estate acquisitions company hiring one full-time B2B cold caller for a long-term role with real earning potential.

You're not calling homeowners. You're calling licensed Real Estate Agents, professional B2B outreach with a clear pitch, provided lists, and a full CRM setup ready to go.

Compensation:

$4.00–$6.00/hr starting rate only

Uncapped commissions on every deal that closes from your leads

What you'll do:

60–100 outbound calls/day to licensed US agents (lists provided)

Qualify agents, pitch our buying criteria, build long-term rapport

Log all activity and manage follow-ups in GoHighLevel (GHL)

Requirements:

Fluent, confident English — you'll be speaking with US professionals daily

Proven outbound B2B cold calling or real estate experience

GoHighLevel or equivalent CRM experience

Quiet home office, stable internet, noise-canceling headset

Consistent. Accountable. Self-driven.
