Senior Product Manager - Loyalty & Rewards

Responsibilities
*Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for loyalty, rewards, membership, and customer retention programs.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.*Gather customer insights, business requirements, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving loyalty program performance.
*Partner with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and business teams to deliver customer-centric digital experiences.
*Manage product discovery, prioritization, requirements gathering, backlog management, and feature delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
*Develop and optimize loyalty program features, including rewards structures, membership benefits, customer incentives, and personalized experiences.
*Analyze customer behavior, engagement, retention, conversion, and loyalty program performance to guide product decisions.
*Define product success metrics, track KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve program effectiveness.
*Collaborate with eCommerce and digital experience teams to integrate loyalty capabilities across customer journeys and digital channels.
*Communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
*Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and performance analysis.
Required Experience and Skills
*5+ years of product management experience within a technology-driven organization.
*Direct experience with customer loyalty, rewards, membership, or retention programs.
*Strong experience in eCommerce, digital products, or digital customer experience.
*Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and feature priorities.
*Strong analytical skills with experience using customer insights and product metrics to drive decisions.
*Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
*Experience with loyalty platforms, customer engagement tools, or rewards management systems.
*Familiarity with customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
*Experience with Agile product development and experimentation methodologies. xhyhwjd
*Knowledge of customer retention metrics, conversion optimization, and customer lifetime value.
