Responsibilities Assist Spanish-speaking clients through every step of the buying or selling process, from initial consultation to closing Build strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service that makes them feel at ease and understood Show homes, conduct property tours, and coordinate listings for Spanish-speaking buyers and sellers Translate documents, emails, and other communication as needed to ensure a smooth transaction Educate clients about the local market, financing options, and property choices that align with their needs Work closely with our team to ensure all client needs are met and exceeded Stay updated on current market trends and local property listings to provide expert advice Qualifications Licensed real estate agent in Oregon Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle multiple clients and transactions in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and online tools Passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional service Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required About Our Team We are a dedicated real estate team committed to turning the dream of homeownership into a reality for our communities.
