Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 + Performance Bonus + Benefits

Lead an Exceptional Restaurant Team

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the daily operations of a successful upscale restaurant in Miami. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving strong financial results.

The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with experience in high-volume, polished casual or upscale dining who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and develop front and back-of-house management teams
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
• Manage labor, scheduling, and payroll to meet financial goals
• Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs
• Ensure consistent execution of service and brand standards
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and licensing compliance
• Build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to improve performance
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale or polished casual restaurant
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
• Solid understanding of P&L management, labor, food cost, and inventory controls
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to build guest loyalty and deliver outstanding hospitality
• Experience with restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office
• Stable work history with a track record of operational success
