Maintenance Mechanic

Job TitleWorking at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility systemsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipmentDiagnose issues with sensors, switches, wiring, and control systems (up to 480V)Conduct major equipment repairs, including overhauls and rebuildsMaintain and service equipment such as molding machines, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, and stamping equipmentEnsure compliance with safety regulations (LOTO, OSHA) and company safety standardsIndependently identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutionsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 1+ year of maintenance or industrial experienceStrong knowledge of electrical systems (single-phase & three-phase, up to 480V)Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems (including air compressors)Ability to troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and technical methodsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasksValid driver's license and ability to meet physical job requirementsPreferred / Additional SkillsExperience with PLCs or computer-controlled equipmentKnowledge of HAZMAT procedures and safety systemsCertifications such as HAZWOPER or Confined Space (or willingness to obtain)The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
