General Maintenance Tech

Responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Troubleshoots mechanical issues, conducts preventative maintenance, and assists with equipment installations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment and machinery.

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.

• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

• Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance needs.

• Repair or replace worn and damaged parts.

• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Assist with facility maintenance and special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Pay Rate is $15.00 per hour

• 1st  Shift

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-To-Hire

• Benefits after Probation period
