\n \nSchedule: Monday- Friday
\nStart: 8:30/9am (average of 50 hours/week)
\n \nPayrate for this position is $26-28 depending on experience
\nWeekly Pay

\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n Responsible for Industrial Maintenance of Building. \nPerforms Building / Industrial maintenance duties (i.e., basic plumbing, refrigeration systems, electrical; running of wire/data cables, repair dock doors/plates; basic welding, basic carpentry, painting, storage rack repairs, drywall)
\n \nReview any equipment reports submitted by warehouse associates, record actions/repairs taken, and maintains a repair log per USF policy.
\n Perform PM’s (Preventative Maintenance) on equipment, and maintain PM log with proper documentation, per USF policy. \n \nComply with all USF and government guidelines regarding safety when working on equipment (i.e. Lock Out/Tag Out, placarding and required documentation, safe work environment, etc.)
\n Responsible for company tools and maintenance equipment used in performance of job duties, including inventory maintenance, safe operation, proper storage, and security of tool area. \n RELATIONSHIPS \n Internal: Warehouse personnel and supervisory staff, Operations support, Maintenance and Sanitation personnel \n External: Outside vendors \n QUALIFICATIONS \n Related Experience: A minimum of six months previous Building Maintenance experience required. \n Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of Building Maintenance, electrical knowledge, basic plumbing, welding and carpentry; able to read and write legibly; able to follow orders; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide); able to work with little direct supervision \n \nPreferred (not needed): equipment repair and operation; able to repair and overhaul warehouse equipment

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $26.00 and $28.00.
\nThis role will also receive : overtime compensation
