Many clients require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care to clients in a home setting, including monitoring vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and specialized equipment management. Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams. Provide patient education and family support. Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse: Graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing Current CPR certification Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator management is a plus; training provided.
