From managing inventory records to assisting with shipping logistics and regulatory compliance, you'll help ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time.This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in aviation logistics while gaining exposure to supply chain operations that support high-performance aerospace programs.What You'll DoIn this role, you will:Prepare logistics documentation for spare parts, tools, test equipment, materials, and related manualsSupport the routing, tracking, and coordination of incoming and outgoing shipmentsMaintain accurate records of equipment, components, repair parts, and associated documentationTrack inventory and logistics materials to ensure proper storage and allocation within warehouse facilitiesAssist with inventory control and supply chain activitiesLearn and apply state, federal, international, import, and export regulationsCoordinate shipping activities using established logistics systems and databasesSupport warehouse organization and material handling processesHelp ensure compliance with quality, safety, and inventory management standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient logistics operationsRequired QualificationsWe're looking for candidates with:High School Diploma or GED equivalentBasic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational and recordkeeping skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to frequently lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishEquivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.Preferred QualificationsHighly qualified candidates may also possess:Experience with inventory databasesKnowledge of inventory, supply chain, and logistics principlesFamiliarity with AvPro or similar aviation maintenance tracking systemsExperience using shipping platforms such as:- FedExDHLUPSForklift operation experienceHazMat Training and/or CertificationUnderstanding of shelf-life management and inventory controlsAerospace, aviation, defense, military, or Department of Defense experienceWarehouse, distribution, or logistics coordination experienceWhy Join Us?At PDS Tech Commercial, we connect talented professionals with industry-leading organizations that are shaping the future of aviation.
