Job Details Starting Wage: $37.51 + $2.30 shift differential Shift: 2nd shift, Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Location: Staunton, VA What’s in it for you Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans 401k match from Daikin Tuition Reimbursement Referral Bonus Program Growth Opportunities Climate Controlled Facility Your Responsibilities Read, interpret, understand, and work from drawings, sketches, schematics, CMM work requests, and other written, electronic, or verbal instruction Work with a variety of raw and synthetic materials Operate various tools and equipment to move, manipulate, install, maintain, diagnose, and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities Maintain required records Your Qualifications The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment Certified Industrial Electrician or equivalent education and experience 4 years of experience with commercial/industrial electric (preferred) Proficient installing circuit from 600 volts or lower (preferred) Understand of the NEC (preferred) Your Benefits Multiple Medical insurance plan options + Dental and Vision insurance Employer contributed 401k up to 100% on the first 3% and 50% on the 4th and 5th percent Company provided life insurance + optional employee paid voluntary life insurance, dependent life coverage and voluntary accident coverage Short term disability and optional employee paid voluntary long-term disability 40 hours paid time off for employees, first year prorated based on start date 88 hours company paid holidays Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
