Technical Support Analyst

Role Overview As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be part of a distributed team providing technical support and administration for business‑critical systems. You will interact with internal customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on‑site customer service. What You Will Do Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows, networks, printers, mobile devices, and business applications. Troubleshoot basic software and network issues, perform hardware break/fix duties, and analyze trends to improve support processes. Why It Might Be a Fit This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work autonomously, and problem‑solving skills. Industry standard certifications and technical experience are a plus.
