What You’ll Be Doing Partner with managers to provide practical HR advice and support on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Lead recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent. Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Coach managers on people management, policies, and employment legislation. Manage complex employee relations matters with professionalism and empathy. Contribute to learning and development programs that help employees grow and succeed. Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures. Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and support informed decision‑making. Assist with organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field 5+ years of broad HR generalist experience, ideally in a senior HR advisory or business partnering role. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Proven experience managing employee relations cases with confidence and discretion. A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and a genuine passion for supporting people. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
