Support K-12 students with your expertise as a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position, beginning August 31, 2026, and ending June 15, 2027, is located in the Springfield, OR area. Both part-time and full-time candidates are encouraged to apply, providing flexibility to fit your work-life balance goals.

Desired Qualifications:
• Active Oregon SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred
• Familiarity with SLP duties in educational environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address each student's unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and caregivers to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
• Attend IEP meetings, providing expertise on speech and language goals
• Supervise and mentor SLPA staff, as appropriate
• Promote a positive, student-centered therapeutic environment
